Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

• Respond promptly to requests for additional information.

Any delays, rejections, penalties, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

• Service fees will be communicated before commencement of work.
• Government fees, visa fees, licensing fees, translation fees, courier charges, and third-party charges are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Full or partial payment may be required before processing begins.
• Fees are payable in the agreed currency and payment method.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Generally, no refund shall be provided for:

• Government fees already paid.
• Applications already submitted.
• Services already completed or partially completed.
• Rejections by government authorities or third parties.

Where a refund is approved, administrative charges and expenses already incurred may be deducted.
