It’s a center established after signing agreement with Land Department to provide various real estate services under one roof, the services involve consultancies, real estate preference service which aims at attracting wealthy people and the thought leaders through attracting foreign investments and boosting of sales and real estate transactions, provision of investment unified investment window service on behalf of the department to enable users to browse and access the information on the real estate developers project as well as what is offered in the market, provision of information via the portal to developers, brokers and real estate investors.

Real Estate Regulatory Agency approval is required before a license is issued, certificate of good conduct from Dubai police - activity fee Dh 5,000 per year.
